my husband and I go to the gym every day and come home and juice with our juicer we use all fresh fruits and vegies
3 apple
6 strawberrys
1/4 cucumber
1/4 ginger
2 radish
1/4 cantalope
1/4 pineapple
6-8 blackberrys
1/2 cup blueberrys
3 oranges
3 carrots
1 banana(for flavor not juice)
that’s ushally it every so often we will throw a mango,kiwi,etc. I guess I want to know if this is counter acting my diet trying to loses a few pounds and would **** to have to give up my morning juice. We dont eat breakfast so the juice is it for the morning.Thanks would love so info. on this!!

i never could eat fresh vegetables .so every day i put in the juicer half a broccoli, a red beet, 3 carrots, 2 oranges and some pommegranate.. it creates a large glass of great taste juice. then i read that one should never combine fruit with veggie juice cause it causes oxydation ect. if you have some medicin knowlidge let me know, please.
