Orange muffins?
December 3rd, 2009 | by admin |Maggie asked:
My new juicer came with a healthy orange muffin recipe. But I want them to be super healthy so I don’t want to use white flour. Can I use wheat flour? Is there some other healthy flour I’ve never heard of? What are some mix-ins I can use if I need to use white flour to add a healthier kick?

For white flour it is difficult to bake with wheat flour for white and half wheat flour because it is difficult to substitute wheat flour because it makes the item really dry you can try adding more liquid but that doesnt always work it isnt.

They’ll taste like rocks if you don’t use white flour.
